4. PAYMENT & SECURITY

We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify Payments or Razorpay.
All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
We do not store your payment details.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

  • You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Drizzling Stars is not responsible for delays caused by courier or natural events.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene and product safety, jewellery items are not eligible for return or refund once sold, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
For assistance, contact us at drizzlingstars25@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved exchanges must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
